Jim Philcox and Colin Siggs, the Partners of Just Property Independent Estate Agents are delighted to have opened their new concept, the Just Property Café. The new prominent corner shop situated at No. 1 George Street, Old Town, Hastings designed especially for members of the public to experience a relaxed (non pressurised sales environment) to enjoy a coffee/choice of beverages, light snacks, also a choice of our Fairtrade menu and to browse over our website, there are 20 LCD television screens displaying all the properties that our Just Property Estate Agents Head office have FOR SALE.

An attraction is obviously the historic Old Town of Hastings and we want to invite them and you to visit our coffee shop to view our vast display of televised properties. We believe that this is a unique concept, however we are aware that there are other London based Estate Agents who offer a coffee area within their sales offices, but this is the first of its type in the country with different zones displaying properties in price range order.

This is purely an addition to our business and any enquiries that are made will be referred back to the sales team, but any details relating to our properties at the coffee shop will be given upon request by our experienced manager, who will just require a name and address.
visualisation of the Just Property Cafe interior BBC News 24 is also available on a 40 inch plasma screen within the shop, daily newspapers and children’s facilities with headphones to watch their favourite programs, baby changing and disabled facilities are also available. The biggest criticism of an estate agent is that their property is not being advertised enough, but the 20 television screens we will be showing is a wonderful way to market your property. During the busy summer trading months, we will be open in the evening and 7 days a week. A courtesy car is available to accompany anybody visiting Hastings for the day wanting to buy a property and will be accompanied by our Viewing Co-ordinator. We would also like to stress that property is generally a very interesting topic, people like to browse, see what is available and we would also like to encourage the local public to visit us and past, present and future Clients, just for a coffee and refreshment and experience our innovative concept, just on the corner of No. 1 George Street, Old Town, Hastings. |
